Chief Mate Entry Qualification Requirement
A. Holder of certificate of competency as chief mate/management level issued by marina;
B. Holder of certificates for minimum standards of training for management level officers under thestcw95
regulations and of related statutory certificates;
C. With good moral character;
D. With at least two (2) years’ experience as second mate onboard ocean-going vessels.
